Heating Help needed!

1930 Long Island, NY house. Right now completely gutted (still), need to put in heat. Removed oil burning steam boiler and pipes. Now starting with a clean slate. Not sure what to go with. I have 3/4 subfloor and 3/4 oak flooring throughout. Recently put in A/C with ducts, forced hot air not an option, would require too many chases to get to the second floor.
Currently unfinished basement, 2 floors 1800 sq' living space. Am caught between radiant floor hydronic heating, but am not sure it will be enough to heat the entire house. and hot water radiators. This is between burnham recessed sun rads, and the baseboard. (Which heats better sun rad or base ray?)
Does any one have any experience with any of these?
Any advice will be appreciated.
