Totally mis read your post as a blower "on" and not an inducer "on" and so deleted my errant responding post .
You seem to be describing a stuck relay on the board.
Is there any blinking diagnostic led light visable through door grills or an inspection port on your furnace?

dosent the pressure swith have to open then close in order for a new cycle to start......other wise it would cause a fault .leads me to think the OP means the blower and not the inducer.
