Heater Vent

Is there an issue with this vent configuration being too close to the house or not double-walled?

Heater Vent

should be double wall and continue above roof line. height above roof line depends on obstrution and how close to roof peak. what you have is unsafe

Heater Vent

Yep, should be ran in B vent. And it should extend 3 foot above roof peak, or 2 foot above anything within 10 foot of it.
