Heater/fan thermostat connection

I have a garage that is not sealed to the weather.

I want to heat/vent an enclosure I made for my motorcycle to keep it cool with a vent fan in the summer, and heated in the winter with a space heater.

How can I hook up a space heater and small fan to a thermostat to maintain a decent temp?

they use to make space heaters with a fan option. Don't know if they still make them. to use a space heater all the time or unattended for long periods
