I am in the process of completing my kitchen which I tore down to the studs and subflooring. I reconfigured the cabinetry and now I need to go under a cabinet and put the register on the front of the cabinet. It is a 12x4.
I've been to four hardware stores and none of them carry a 90 degree angle piece or additional pieces of the rectangular sheet metal (assemble two pieces together) to reach the front of the cabinet in 12x4 size. All I can find is 10x4.
So, I bought 10x4 with a 6 inch diameter on the other end that already has a 90 degree plus additional sheet metal to reach the front of the cabinet. Should I be going this route or does anyone have suggestions about finding 12x4? I'm in the Seattle area so we have most every store around.
