Electric furnace, gas furnace or oil furnace?

What brand and model thermostat?

Its a frasier johnson 14 seer hp(2010 dont remember model #) with gas furnace.
I went out there this past summer and installed the hp and coil for him,ran 10 conductor from hp to furnace and up to stat for him.
He was going to have somebody else do low voltage for him but that fell through,so now its being thrown back my way.
Ill try and drive up there in next couple days (75 miles one way ) and find out what stat he bought,he has one of those bill porter(?) kits for it

Bill Porter kit is a nice cheap device, and a total waste of money. Also screws you over for easy change of switch over temp.

The Honeywell IAQ is a much better choice, and allows for far greater control over switch over. And everything is adjustable from the thermostat.
