model numbers of HP and air handler? Link to thermostat manual? Is this a replacement? If so how was the old stat wired? NEED MORE INFO.

Have new system installed Luxaire THJF24 heatpump, AVG24 air handler with pro iaq t925 thermostat. Installer not happy to wire unit so will wire it myself. any help is appreciated
