Heat Pump Lines freezing

I turned on my AC and I can see ice in the outside unit and the lines that run all the way to air handler. What can be wrong. The fan on the air handler is running.

Heat Pump Lines freezing

1) Low on freon.
2) Filter clogged
3) "A" coil clogged

Have the system checked.
