Heat Pump Drip Pan

I have a Lennox Heat Pump with a secondary Air Unit in the Attic. My Problem is the Previous Owner of the house had a problem with algae growing in the drip pan and clogging up the drain, so what they did was pour bleach in the drip pan to kill the algae. Now the drip pan has rusted through in a few places. I patched it with some of that Epoxy Putty that hardens like steel. I know this is just a temp fix. So my question is how would I go about replacing the drip pan up in the attic? Any and all help is greatly appreciated
