Heat HELP!!!

I am in Boston and my girlfriend is in Texas with a HVAc unit by Comfortmaker (EXM36F19C1) that quit working. She told me that it was working fine after she had done some insulation work in the attic. A few hours later our daughter noticed that the heater was blowing but no heat was coming out. Renee went through the reset procedure that was on the unit and that did not help. She did not see any flashing lights or hear any clicking. Comfortmaker site was NO help! The only way to shut the blower off is to shut off the breaker in the electric panel.

Heat HELP!!!

I guess this one even has the pros stumped. Thanks anyway! Hopefully we will get a positive reply from Comfortmaker Monday!

Heat HELP!!!

The fan is running all the time due to a limit switch being open, there might be a manual reset on switch. switch has tripped due to a restriction in airflow...plugged filter perhaps

Heat HELP!!!

Thank you very much for your reply. Filter has been worse without issues before but she said she may have blocked flow to some of the flexducts while doing the insulation work. Do you have any idea where the limit switch may be located on this model and what it would look like.
Thank you for your help.

Not real sure on this model, but i would have her look for a round disc like object that has a red button on top. If there is one push down on the red button. hope this helps a little...good luck
