HE Furnace Consumption

I have an approx. 30 yr old Roberts-Gordon 100,000 btu furnace which I'm looking to upgrade to HE.

Just wondering a ball park average on what I can expect to improve on natural gas consumption.... 10%? 20%? 30%?

I realize it's hard to accurately pin point, just wondering if anyone has a rough idea of how much my gas usage will go down with a newer system.

Thanks!
