having issues
i had duct work fixed and insulation instaled under my house due to my master bath and bedrooming being cold now the floor is still cold (not as bad) i also pot that shrink wrap on my windows. its not cold by my windows like it was b 4 but it is still cold can anyone help me???????

There are limitations to how much you can do with patch fixes like you mention. You would have to replace all windows and have the home wrapped with a plastic envelope and the whole home reinsulated. Big bucks.
