Goodman gms950703bxa stuck in lockout

I have a Goodman gms950703bxa furnace that is stuck in lockout. According to the manual it is supposed to clear it's self in 1 hour. The led comes on blinks once and then returns to the steady on condition. The furnace will not start. i have checked all the wiring, tested all the sensors, checked polarity of the AC. I had to re-route the gas line so I also purged the gas line by powering up the gas valve so I know that works. Also the igniter is good. The gas valve never opens to start the start-up sequence. I was wondering if there is a way to force the lockout to clear? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

hi bill.. make sure thermostat is not calling for heat or a/c...kill power to furnace for about 3 minutes... power back up should come out of lockout....if condition which caused lockout still exists it will return to lockout......lockout is caused when furnace is unable to achieve ignition after 3 tries....ben sr

How did you power up the gas valve to purge the gas line. Also, that is not how you purge a gas line. An electrical back feed into the board can damage it.
