goodman gas Heat not blowing

just need a reseyI have a Goodman Gas heater on my HVAC system Model gmh80904bnca
last night the temp dropped to 54 so I realized the heater wasnt going.
I went to my thermostat and the temp inside read 61 but it was set to heat to 68
I switched the heat to on instead of cool <duh> and I heard the gas click and what i thought was a woosh of the gas bars lighting but the fan never turned on to blow it through the vents after a second or two it did the same thing but no blow on the thrid or forth try it stopped.
Now i can Manually turn the fan on with my thermostat and it will blow cold air because the furnace will not try to ignite
the ac works great and blows so what do i do?
I also noticed a oil residue on the top of the furnace and a little inside but i cant see any cause of the leak.

Help I have cold kids here..Someone suggested a glow ignitor could that be it?
I have tried flipping the breaker off for a while and then back on with no luck was told it may just need a reset

goodman gas Heat not blowing

iI took the glow ignitor to my hvac part supply house and they said it wasnt registering
the correct oems . But they didn't think it was the issue
here said it was for the pilot lighting the bars and if I am hearing the bars ignite it might be some relay or something else any ideas

If the exhaust mtr is running and nothing else is happening the pressure switch is not making. Make sure flue pipe is unrestricted

Turn off the power to the furnace for a few minutes and then turn it back on again with the thermostat calling for heat. Watch & listen if the inducer motor starts up, if the igniter glows and if the burners ignite. Let us know what happens?

This furnace also probably has a led light that flashes a diagnostic sequence that will indicate what the fault is. Usually visable through a viewing port on the furnace door. Record that led sequence and then check inside the furnace for the legend that will explain what it means.

didn't see a restriction in the vent. As i said the Glow would get red but not ignite the furnace. I thought the exhaust was the pilot light lightning the burners. but I guess I was wrong.
still no blowing of the fan when its light. The supply store said that the glow wasn't producing the correct oems. but he part is almost 70.00 i hate to buy one if its not it

Ok did some footwork and found the led
It's solid red. No blinking. But from what I read that means either the board is bad or no signal from thermostat
But it can't be the thermostat because the ac works and the fan.
So what's my next step
