goodman furnace not lighting

I have a goodman gmp-100-4 100,000 btu furnaace that intermittantly wont light. Draft inducer comes on and i can hear pressur switch click then no further sequence and after a while the unit just shuts down. I did an experiment where i joined the 2 wires at he pressure switch and it ignighted. I am getting 3 blinks at the board which is PS code. Some times i can get it to light by jiggling wires around and other times i just give up after 20 minutes of messing with it. I used to get 4 blinks on board but that is now at 3 blinks...go figure. Now should i just get a PS and try it? OH and I do have air coming out of the exaust pipe when the draft inducer is on.
thanks

If you hear a click in the ps when the ID comes on AND jumpering the ps completes the ignition cycle then you probably have a bad wire, wire connection or a faulty switch within the ps.

Just in case you are mistaken about hearing the click from the ps, I would make sure the ps tube to the inducer is clear & dry, firmly snugged in place without any end splits, and I'd also be poking a paperclip into the ID port to make there is no build up of crud there.

GMP. Probably has a cracked heat exchanger, or popped crimp rings.

Check the round switch's that had little pop button. Push it in if popped out. Restart it and if works then shut it off!! That is sign of roll out ( crack heat exchanger)
