goodman ck49-1b unit not working
my goodman ck49-1b, the outside unit part(fan comdenser and compressor) not working. the inside unit is working but just blows warm air. no part of the outside unit seems to be working. i smell a burnt smell from the top opening above fan. we recently had electrical storms and some power surges. i do head a little humming click noise like something is trying to happen. i tripped the breaker on the unit. help and suggestions. unit was install 6-25-1999 thanks whyme123
