Goodman CK49-1b hvac unit not working please help

I have a goodman ck49-1b that isn't working. I have power to the unit 240 vac coming in. Nothing on the other side of the contactor though. If I manually push the contactor in the fan spins without resistance. I've manually turned the breaker on and off several times and I hear a click from the circuit board but never power to actually activate the the contactor. If you have any worthwhile suggestions please help.

Well since the compressor dosen't come on when you manually push the contactor in the board may have locked it out. You will need to find the issue with the compressor.

So you are not getting 24V at your contactor coil when the system is calling for it? In that case you need to trace and find out where power is lost when thermostat is calling. It maybe a bad or locked out board, bad transformer, loose/broken wire etc. Basically you need to look at the system control diagram and trace and find where the signal is lost or if it is not calling from the board, thermostat etc at all.
