Goodman CK36-18 problem

My AC has been running almost constantly this summer here in Texas. Today, I noticed the compressor tries to kick in but stops after a seconds. The relay is actuated with voltage on both the line side and compressor side and the cap and contactor were new last fall. Has my compressor bit the dust? Thanks!

BTW The fan runs fine

You should test the run and start capacitor again

Yes but it doesn't have a capacitance checker on it

You need one meter with MFD. Radio Shack has very cheap under $10

I just checked the cap and it's bad. It's supposed to be 45 and 5 MFD and it reads 6.8 and 5. Thank you so much for your help JJboy!!
