Goodman 80%, igniter glows no flame

Hello... I would like to revisit the problem with ignition... I have read the replies to my question... Thank you very much everyone... However I was away for a while and now back at it... When I did go back to checking the furnace it was the same, the inducer fan would run and eventually the hsi would glow but still no ignition... After a cpl attempts to restart, NOW THE INDUCER FAN IS NOT RUNNING NOR IS THE HSI GLOWING, the little red light on the board is on steady (never blinking)... I do feel/hear a slight humming sound from the transformer... Like some have said since the board is controlled using the 24v from the transformer I should assume the tranformer is ok??? When I remove the wire from the 24v side of the trans the little red light goes off...

If there is a short in the board, is this repairable or must it be replaced??? Can the board be tested??? Idea on cost of board??? Enjoy the Day, John
