goodman 3ton

im having my 3 ton goodman gas pack 17 years old replace tomarrow with the same goodman 3 ton 90,000 btu gas package unit ducts still in good shape so just replacing the unit $3200.00 is this a fair price?

13 seer
20 yr heat exchanger warranty
10 year compressor warranty..

What ever price the contractor charges, and you agree to, is fair.

They generally don't like pricing questions on this forum.

90000 btu is a lot of heat did your contractor do a load calc to verify this is the proper size for your house or is just guessing that what is there is what it needs
