Gibson furnace won't stay lit

Hello I have a gibson gas furnace and for the last month when it needs to cycle on it ignites like it should but only stays lit for 5-10 seconds then goes out and this repeats 5 times and then shuts down. It does work sometimes but sometimes its several hrs before it will finally work. I have cleaned the flame sensor with sand paper but this didn't help. The led light on the swichboard flashes 4 times which means ignition problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated cuz i'm freezing

Does it have an intermittent pilot or a hot surface ignitor.

Gibson furnace won't stay lit

Ok I think I figured it out.My furnace has four burners or burner ports whatever you call them and when my problem is occuring only two of these are lighting and when all four light my furnace works.I noticed that when all four do finally light the two that usually don't work have a weaker flame.Any ideas on what would cause this and how to fix it??

The burners may be be partially plugged with dust and lint. They may need to be blown out or removed and cleaned. Removal is the preferred method.
