Sounds like the coils need cleaning, dirty coils and or dirty filter will cause the limit switch to trip on the heating elements then once it cools down enough it will reset itself.

HvacWiz any idea how to get a manual or how to do this operation? Do you know where the limit switch is or the filter that needs to be cleaned.
