Gas Valve Relay?

I have a no pilot, electronic ignition furnace. Most of the time the blowers light then after about 3 seconds extinguish but the blower stays on. Then after about a minute or so, the blowers shut off, then the furnace immediately tries again. I have a constant red light that is supposed to indicate a false flame or gas valve relay problem.

How can I troubleshoot a gas valve relay? Please help, it's freezing in here!
