How to get yellow underground gas pipe apart from the riser?

that would depend on whether it is connected via threaded fitting or the riser itself was designed to have the yellow piping connected directly to it.

Gas pipe


If its the gas line from the street. it belongs tot eh gas company. Don't touch it. Call them.
