Gas furnace flue

Gents, I just built a new garage.
I was given a propane gas hot air furnace, supposedly in good shape, to heat it with.
Is there a way to vent this thru the side wall?

What type of vent pipe is needed?

Is the vent piping for oil the same? (in case I decided to switch in the future)

Thanks, Al

The answer depends entirely and totally upon what the furnace manufacturer lists as valid forms of venting for this model. Locate and read the documentation.

Far as switching to oil - again, entirely depends on what type of vent an oil furnace is specced for. However, ceramic-lined masonry chimneys usually have to be relined when switching fuel types. Steel vents might only require an inspection and maybe a cleaning.
