Furnance won't work...question about Lennox G43UF

I tried to turn the furance on this year and it wouldn't work. Realized the combustion air inducer wasn't working. Investigated and a bird was stuck inside. After removing the bird, here's what happens.

combustion air inducer energizes, then the burners turn orange (I guess they are lighting), then after about 30 seconds they turn off. This happens about 5 times and then the LED# 1 and LED #2 both alternate flash meaning Watchguard - burners failed to ignite or lost flame.

So after removing the bird, I must have screwed something up. I've read some things about:

cleaning the sensor - how do I do that?
control board issues - but seems like that wasn't the root cause, that the bird stuck was the issue.

Any ideas?
