Furnace won't stay lit

My gas furnace will light, then shuts off after 3-5 seconds. I have found this problem on several chat rooms, and the recommendation is to clean the flame detector. I did that and it did not fix the problem. I have since replaced the flame detector and still have the same problem. Does anyone have a suggestion for a next step?

Make sure you have a good connection on the wire from flame sensor & at the board connection

Could be that the burners and crossovers need to be cleaned so that a good flame is hitting the flame sensor.
