furnace question

I have a carrier furnace. I notice on initial call for heat my indoor blower comes on for about a minute ...shuts off and small induce motor comes on. My heater lights and runs....but I didnt think the indoor fan should come on first? Any help would be appreciated.

furnace question

On a carrier furnace if you power up the unit and there is a call for heat from your t-stat the blower will run for 90 sec, then the heating cycle will start.

May also be a misconfiguration at the thermostat.
