furnace only turns on when 75 degrees or higher

PiPiFirecracker Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2011 Posts: 21	furnace only turns on when 75 degrees or higher is this a thermostat problem? or how should i go about fixing this, its boiling hot in here!

Did you buy a conbination heating and cooling thermostat and hook up the furnace control leads to the cooling terminals (turns on when the termperature goes up)? __________________ The disadvantages of crab apple trees. In summer, the apples are too sour to pick and eat. In winter the birds come and leave dropping all over the place.

PiPiFirecracker Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2011 Posts: 21	furnace only turns on when 75 degrees or higher sorry i don't know if it ever worked correctly, were just renting and the landlord isn't really smartthere fore thinks it works even when i explain its broken.... but hes nice so i don't wanna push him to repair it, i'd rather deal with it myself... it would be faster I'm sure
