Furnace lockout and fan turning off midcycle?

i have a goodman furnance which is 5 years old. currently there are 2 problems with the furnace.
1. when I set the thermostat to a higher temp and it is showing heat on, the furnace is not starting unless I reset the breaker or furnace switch.
2. When the furnace does finally work, the fan is turning off mid cycle. I can hear the fire, and the blower?? running but not air or very little air coming out of the vents and the temperature doesnt rise.

What could be causing this? Any input is appreciated. I already had 2 different companies come and take a look. They fix something, say its all good.. then its back to the problem again.

Thanks

Blower motor, blower motor run capacitor, or control board.

Look for a little round window in the blower panel, light will be in there.
