Furnace lights up but does not blow the heat

I have a York 80 P3hub16 furnace that is powering up, lights up the "4 torches" but it does not blow in the heat. It takes the typical 30 seconds to begin to blow the hot air but all I hear are several clicks but no blowing. It keeps repeating this cycle of clicks but all in vain. What is going on?

Bad control board, bad motor or bad capacitor. You'll need to see if the motor is getting voltage and test the capacitor to see which it is.
