Does the induced draft motor even run?

If you get no error codes when a demand is present and it doesn't even try to start, it sounds like the furnace isn't getting 24VAC to the W terminal(s).

Furnace ignitor is not on

You could first confirm that the thermostat circuit is not the problem by turning the power off to the furnace. Removing the thermostat wires from their connections R & W on the furnace and then jumping R to W directly with a short piece of wire. Turn furnace power back on to see if the furnace starts up.
Get back to us with the results.

Verify that the wire on the W terminal is not broken... (usually white)

12 means power was restored with a heating demand already present.
It lasts about 90 seconds.

Does the induced draft motor, hsi, burners then blower start after the 12 has cleared?

Yes everything is working fine except the wiring to thermo stat. the color of the wire changed some where b/w the furnace . I can resolve that problem by cheking the continuety at furnace and thermostat. I have three set of cable at furnace . One cable has 3 wires green black and white. other cable has black and white and the 3rd cable has only black wire. how these wire shold be connected at furnace and the other end to the thermostat.my thermostat is noma 52-2558-8. you guys are great help. thank you
