furnace help needed


my trailer house is older and the furnace is not heating at all we are replacing the fillters it gas heater the pilot lite is really big i heard that wasnt good but i dont know please i need some info on how to fix the problem thanks bye

Too big of a pilot isn't good. But that m ay not be the problem. What else have you checked so far.
