Furnace/Boiler Blow Off Tripped when Refilling

I recently relocated a couple pipes in my heating system and when I went to refill, the blow-off valve tripped. The gauge on the side of the furnace never moved from 12psi. What do I need to do?

Furnace/Boiler Blow Off Tripped when Refilling

Wow, ok. Tested incoming pressure from the city, almost at 80 psi. After talking with the city, they feel this is perfectly within normal for the system here. That explains why the 30psi blowoff activated.
