Freedom 80 Installation Manual AUD080C936H4

Model: AUD080C936H4
S/N: M3212J41G

Hello All,
Where might I find installation instructions for this furnace?

The manual that came with the unit has circuit diagrams and other cool stuff, but no information on venting, direct venting, sidewall venting, or booster fan application.

My inspector, per IFGC 2009, needs manufacturer's installation instructions to guide him on approving sidewall venting. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

James

Very Good Doc,
Thanks for the link.

The illustrations look very much like my furnace, and it contains the sidewall venting reference that I need.

However, the model numbers do not match mine. How do I convince my inspector that I have the correct instructions?

Thanks,

James

Look very carefully this time. "A" may be the prefix to "U" and suffix may be "A through Z"

Yours is an AUDO which makes sense to me and is indeed the exact manual that should have been in the box with your furnace. I see an AUDO80 in there, a few of them and that is all you need. The rest of the numbers are irrevelant to the task at hand.

Doc,
Thank you for your quick response and good information.

I could see the similarities to my AUDxx080xxxxx, but was not about to bring it to my inspector without some around-the-block experience to tell me that the manual matches the hardware.

I'll go with it.

James
