Forced air system leaking

Hi all,
I have a forced air conditioning / heating system at home. The handler is in my basement and condenser is on the side of the house. For some reason the air handler is shooting water out of every crack in the duct work where it connects to the handler. The condenser line is wet from the outside of the house all the way to the handler, and where it connects to the condenser outside there is a big block of ice on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Because you have blockage on the drain for the air handler. Has nothing to do with the outside unit.

Update.

Even thou the connection to the condenser unit outside has a block of ice on it?
Where would I find the drain on the air handler.?

Again, because the inside unit is clogged and the drain is blocked. Has nothing to do with the outside condenser unit.
