In floor heat problems

My system is not working in all rooms...the kitchen floor and living room are warm, but the back bedrooms and bathroom floors are cold. I had a guy out the fixed the furnace when it wouldn't work, but this problem persists. Is it a bad valve or something else. Thanks so much

Check the valves position. If ball valves, sometimes they have a mind of their own and change position without permission.

Are the non working rooms on a different zone? Are there zone valves? Do you have a furnace or a boiler?

I think it is a boiler and it only seems to have two valves and one of the seems to stick, but both are in the open position but no heating
