fire place pipe

Our house has a fireplace but instead of a brick chimney it has a stove pipe which needs replacing. It's a nine inch pipe. Non of the stove installers want to touch the project. I have found a 9 to 8 in and a 9 to 10 inch collar on line (Selkirk 304-Alloy Heat-Fab Saf-T Increaser - 9 inch to 10 inch) but I need to know the correct pipe to buy to go up through the ceiling, attack and roof. Will a FMI 36 Inch High Temperature Double-Wall Wood-Burning Chimney Pipe Length - 8 Inch Inner Diameter be code?
Thank you for any help.

Why do none of your local installers want to handle the project?

Wish I new. They just shake their heads and say they don't want to get into it. It's a question of going from an old pipe, a nine inch one, and attaching a new pipe which is 8 inch. Granted its been difficult to find the connector part but we finally have.
