is this a fire hazzard


Im in the process of remodeling a house that has been unlived in for over a year house was built in the early 1900's but it does have a newer gas furnace in it. any way my son was playing and one of those plastic ball u get in a happy meal went into an uncoverd duct and i cant get to the duct in the crawl space to get it out what should i do ?

Is this a return air duct or a supply air duct?

can you post a photo of the duct?

If it is in the duct work only then forget about it. But if it got directly into the furnace then call a pro. The next time the system needs service mention it to the service man.
