fan is not turning on

Hi everyone. I was hoping someone could give me a few pointers. I came home to a hot house yesterday so I opened the ac unit in the garage to take a look. It was nice and cold in there but the fan was not running. I switched the fan to "on" on the thermostat and it still won’t turn on. Could this be as simple as a fuse or something? How would I check? Thanks for the patience. I know nothing about AC systems.

fan is not turning on

First thing you need to do is verify if there is 120v to the motor. If not you probaly have bad circiut board or reley. if you have 120v then motor needs replaced.
