Fan Motor

The fan motor to our AC condenser has stopped working and we are looking for a new one. The existing one is as follows:

MFG: GE MOTORS

EQUIP MFRS #: HC39GE232A

MODEL: 5KCP39FG

V: 208 - 230

AMPS: 1.40

CAP: 5.00/370

HP: 1/4

RPM: 1100

We are trying to cross reference the above part, but are coming up empty. Can someone please advise us on what we should be looking for.

Thank you in advance.

Grainger is a good place to look or your motor.

Its possible its just the run capacitor that is bad, and your motor is ok. Should check before you get a new motor.

here is a cross reference off the Grainger web page..check the frame # off that exsisting motor...could be just the cap....if not still get a new cap with a new motor... http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/AO-...BaseItem=5GD99
