Extending Ventilation/Exhaust for Bathroom/Kitchen

I've just moved into a unit with central industrial AC. I'll be installing a tiny kitchen and bathroom, there is currently an independent vent + exhaust fan used for a darkroom that is completely separate from the AC. It's about 12 feet away from bathroom/kitchen area.

I'm look to use this line as exhaust for...
1) Bathroom Fan
2) Bathroom Clothes Dryer (potentially)
3) Kitchen Range Hood

Is it "OK" if extend the current duct 12 feet and install a Y. On one end of the Y extend to kitchen/range hood, on the other extend to the bathroom where I'd use another Y for the bathroom fan and dryer?

So it would look something like this...

I I
Y
I I
Y
I
I
I
X

Drier isn't allowed to be on the same exhaust as other appliances.

How much air does this exhaust unit draw out?

may not be enough.

Agreed. Exhaust should not be placed above heat sources. It also needs space from both inlet and outlet sides. I don't remember but some diameters calculations are done when installing it. Well, didn't try to figure out on how much unit it draws maybe it depends on the model or design.
