Extending plenum

My split system has the radial piping system. One side of the plenum has four 4" runs the other has 2 6" runs. The side with the 2 6" I want to put the extension. I would have to use a 90 degree elbow then continue with straight lengths. Is it ok to use the 90? What size duct would I need to run 3 possibly 4 6" takeoffs?

Thanks for the help!!
