Exhaust Fan in Basement Question

Ok I am a newbie to remolding so please be kind. I am remodling a full bath in my basement. I noticed that an exhaust fan was not installed. I have a brick home so I really dont want to drill into the brick to vent it.

My idea was that there is a glass block basement window nearby, and I could pop out a block and put a dryer vent in and use this to vent. Is this ok to do or not advisable? Thank you for your time.

Exhaust Fan in Basement Question

If this is just for the bath room you are ok.

BTW they make blocks with the vent hood already built into it.
