Encapsulating & Conditioning Crawlspace -- Adding Supply Vents

It needs a return, or you will put your main floor into a negative pressure, and pull unconditioned air into it. causing it to have a higher humidity in the summer, and a lower humidity in the winter.

Back draft damper is an aid, but not required.

1 supply and 1 return is all you need for your crawlspace.
