eliminate odours

i recenly had some work done and when the crew used a shop vac to clean up somehow the exhaist smell permeated into my ducts and now i can smell mildew in the house.

anyway, i just cleaned and disinfected the ducts... much better but still faint traces mostly around the cold air returns... anything else i can do?

thank you!
