Ductless mini split

No response from wall unit or compressor. Wall unit seems to receive signal from remote, but does nothing. Outdoor unit has power to it and wall unit has power too. Diagnostic light does nothing.
Could it be the wall unit circuit board?

Ductless mini split

No... The only thing that will work is the sweeping louver....no manual fan or A/C.
There's a circuit board that receives the signal from the remote, then it goes to the main circuit board via a plug. Wonder if the board that receives the signal isn't sending to the main board?
The unit is 6 years old...40BNB036 Carrier
