Duct dampers


Two ducts both on opposite sides of the house leading to the 2nd floor blow heat but not very much heat. The other two, blow fine. Do all duct's have dampers on them and if yes, where would they be found, near the furnance somewhere in the basement before they go upstairs?

Duct dampers


98% of the time there are no dampers, unless of course I did the job...
