Dryer exhaust/Bathroom exhaust fan
I'm looking for solutions. I recently finished my basement. I installed an exhaust van in my basement bathroom but I took a shortcut. Rather than putting another hole in my outside wall, I routed my exhaust fan duct to the same hole that my dryer vent goes outside with. So I bought a 4 inch T and put the dryer vent on one side and the exhaust fan vent on the other. The problem I now have is that my dryer exhaust come out in my bathroom rather than going outside. I have a little mold on my bathroom ceiling surronding the exhaust fan. Is there any sort of one way valve that I can put in the duct or do I have to drill another hole in my outer wall and separate the two?

Take it apart & do it the right way, that's the solution
The 2nd hole is the correct way
2 bathroom exhausts yes
Bath & dryer no

Yep. each needs its own exhaust vent outside.

Hope it is not a gas dryer. The carbon monoxide could kill you.
