Drain on Air handler

Hello, New the the forum here so if I do something wrong sorry... I'll fix just needing some help.

I have a, I believe, Tempstar EBV 3600 B 1 Air handler. I noticed that I was getting some water in my garage and traced it back to the air handler. After taking the lower panel off I see that the bottom pan is very full of water and does not appear to be draining. I rain a small plastic snake down the portions of the drain pipe I can access and there does not appear to be a clog. The pipe appears to have enough slop and sits below the bottom of the air handler, so I believe it should be draining. Am I missing something that I should be able to fix, or should I call someone to take a look?

Thanks

Got a shop vac?

Use it on the drain line outside your house.
